Yes! We have a order minimum of $200 for delivery and installation orders. Anything less can be made fully constructed and available for pickup (see Grab & Go’s).

Yes. Once your inquiry form is submitted we will discuss the details of your event which will be written up and sent to you as an estimate. Once approved we require a 50% deposit which guarantees your event date and time. The remainder of your balance is due 2 weeks before the event. If your event is less than two weeks away the full balance is due upon booking.

If your installation order has met the required minimum of $200, it would be our pleasure to deliver and install our creation for you! Delivery times are scheduled based on your event start time and venue availability.

Our Grab & Go Garlands are the perfect budget-friendly alternative that still packs a big POP! Grab & Go garlands are made fully constructed by us and then are picked up, hung, and styled by you. Easy to follow hanging instructions and hanging materials included.

Grab & Go Garlands are available for pick up in Milford. Pickup is on Thursday from 4pm - 7pm. We recommend keeping your garland in a cool place and out of direct sunlight if your event is during the weekend.

We strongly suggest booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance. The sooner we get you on the books, the better! This will allow time to discuss design and your vision and it also gives us time to source the materials.

All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable. In the event that your event is cancelled, we will need at least 14 days notice to issue the following. If you cancel 14+ days before the event, a credit will be held on your account indefinitely and can be used in the future. If there is a last minute cancellation (less than 14 days notice) the deposit will no longer be eligible for a future date.

The short answer: Unfortunately, No. The long answer: We only use the highest quality balloons for our work.

Unless otherwise discussed or if you have rented a backdrop from us, we do not return for breakdown. If you are interested in us coming back to remove the balloons and command hooks, this can be provided at an additional charge.
